Description
The City of Arvada is issuing a formal request for bids on behalf of the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority for the Olde Town Arvada Yukon Street Improvements project. The work includes roadway, utility, drainage, streetscape, irrigation, landscaping, demolition, excavation, stormwater protection and erosion control, water and storm sewer improvements, concrete and asphalt paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic control, signs, electrical infrastructure, pedestrian lighting, site furnishings, brick pavers, detectable warnings, trees, shrubs, and mulch. The solicitation requires a physical bid submission, including the required vendor submittal form, pricing, bid schedule, bid bond, applicable performance measures, licensing, implementation timeline and warranties, and any variations or exceptions. A 5% bid bond and 100% performance and payment bonds are required.
