Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Base Support Branch, intends to award American Interiors Inc. a sole-source firm-fixed-price commercial purchase order for Herman Miller Canvas Office Landscape modular systems furniture supporting four additional workstations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. The requirement includes four stackable panel systems, TU Series metal storage cases, design, and installation. The new furniture must match the existing Herman Miller brand and series. The notice states that American Interiors Inc. is the alternate authorized government dealer able to quote and provide the requirement after APG Office Furnishings Inc. was found unable to meet the Government's requirements because it lacked Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 1. This is an updated notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or quotations; no solicitation package will be issued, and responses will be considered only to determine whether competition is in the Government's best interest.
