Description
The U.S. Coast Guard requires three office workspace desk cubicles for USCG Base Guam Building 3. The contractor must provide the exact manufacturer, model, color, and finish specified in the attached price quotation; substitutions require prior written approval. The scope includes all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and related services necessary to fulfill the requirement. The contractor must deliver, assemble, and fully install the furniture within 98 calendar days after receipt of order. Services also include inside delivery, final placement, removal and off-site disposal of transit packaging and debris, delivery-date and coordination scheduling at least four weeks before arrival, factory-order confirmation within five business days of order placement, and warranty-claim coordination under the standard manufacturer warranty.
