The University of Colorado is soliciting proposals from multiple qualified furniture suppliers, including manufacturers and distributors, to provide office, conference room, lobby, classroom, and lounge furniture across its Denver, Anschutz, Colorado Springs, and Boulder campuses. The scope includes furniture design, product selection, quoting, ordering, warehousing, staging, shipping and delivery, installation, punch-list completion, training, warranty support, returns, reporting, invoicing, and billing. Suppliers must support both large projects requiring design services and smaller orders through the University's CU Marketplace e-procurement platform. Proposals must address specified manufacturer lines, pricing and discount structures, shipping and installation rates, product warranties, sustainability practices, reporting, service capabilities, and integration with the University's JAGGAER platform through cXML purchase orders, invoices, and punch-out catalogs. The University intends to make multiple awards. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals. A technical proposal, cost proposal, completed and signed proposal forms, and a list of proposed solicitation or agreement variances are required. The technical proposal is limited to 25 pages, must use 12-point Times New Roman, and must be submitted as an unsecured PDF; the cost proposal must be submitted separately.
