Description
The Butts County School System is soliciting proposals for a complete turnkey office furniture package for its new Board of Education Office. The scope includes new commercial-grade executive and administrative furniture, desks, modular workstations, office seating, conference tables and chairs, reception and waiting-area furniture, storage and filing units, shelving, collaborative-space furniture, breakroom or common-area furniture when specified, hardware, supports, connectors, and accessories. The contractor must provide all product, freight, delivery, unloading, inside delivery, assembly, installation, final placement, leveling, adjustment, facility protection, packaging and debris removal, project management, and corrective work. Proposals must identify manufacturers, product lines or models, quantities, dimensions, materials, finishes, warranties, lead times, delivery and installation schedules, and any substitutions or exclusions. The contractor must provide at least two years of documented experience with comparable commercial office furniture projects and three references for similar projects completed within the past five years. Manufacturer and contractor warranties, product information, physical samples or finish materials when requested, and responsive post-installation service are required or may be considered in evaluation. The proposal must include a signed proposal certification, total turnkey and itemized pricing, addenda acknowledgment, exceptions or no-exceptions statement, and the applicable notarized Georgia Contractor Affidavit or permitted alternative documentation.
