Description
The Department of National Defence is soliciting offers from eligible holders of the Workspaces Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003 series for office furniture supporting 5 Technical Services Transportation Company. The requirement includes work surface products, filing and storage products, and ancillary products such as power modules, with specified quantities and pricing to be provided by the offeror. The successful contractor must supply, deliver, and install the furniture in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Installation includes receiving, unloading, staging, unpacking, inspection for shipping damage, installation in accordance with manufacturer specifications, minor adjustments and repairs, cleaning, site cleanup, and a post-installation walkthrough. The contract period runs from contract award through March 31, 2027, and all deliverables must be received by that date. Only Workspaces Supply Arrangement holders may submit offers.
