Description
The Government of Canada, through the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces, is seeking a contractor to supply, deliver, and install furniture for new office spaces on the second and third floors of the Joe Tobie Building. The requirement includes height-adjustable desks, bookcases, flip-top tables, reception and meeting tables, boardroom tables, chairs, coat racks, coffee tables, filing cabinets, wardrobes, and lockers in specified quantities and approximate dimensions. The contractor must coordinate delivery and installation with the CAF representative, provide an English-speaking customer-service point of contact available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and replace defective goods within 14 days. Clarifications confirm that a height-adjustable main desk with a fixed return or credenza is acceptable for the U-shaped workstation, orientations will be confirmed at contract award, and standard laminate or HPL finishes may be used for unspecified items if they are the same color. All deliverables must be received by October 10, 2026, and award is based on the lowest evaluated price meeting mandatory requirements.
