Description
The Utah Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes for a total small-business set-aside covering lifecycle replacement of classroom and administrative furniture. The requirement includes approximately 49 furniture and accessory line items, including tables, adjustable work surfaces, desks, chairs, lounge seating, bookcases, cabinets, credenzas, storage components, power hubs, and related hardware, plus delivery, assembly, and installation. The solicitation identifies HON products as examples but requires quoted products to come from a small-business manufacturer; equivalent brands and models are acceptable only if they meet the specified fit, function, construction, durability, quality, and compatibility requirements. Quotes must include product specifications; an affirmation alone is insufficient, and missing specifications may make a quote nonresponsive. Award will be made on an all-or-none, lowest-price technically acceptable basis under a firm-fixed-price contract. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days from the date of award, and the furniture will be delivered to and accepted at the TASS Complex, Building 7150. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, and vendors must provide an itemized quote with an overall total, specifications, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identification number, Federal Tax Number, and point-of-contact information.
