The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting firm-fixed-price offers for two Lloyd Galaxy 900HS chiropractic adjusting tables, manufacturer part number 6722102, or equal products meeting the stated salient characteristics. Each table must include the manual straight drop head and manual pelvic drop options. The required features include adjustable height, hydraulic tilt, powered length extension/retraction, an adjustable headpiece, chest and pelvic adjustments, dual-side controls, safety features, and compatibility with the specified drop options. The solicitation also requires four printed operation/service manuals for the equipment. Delivery is to the Dayton VA Medical Center, with liftgate service only and no inside delivery. This is a 100% small-business set-aside, and vendors may quote equal products if they meet or exceed the stated physical, functional, and performance characteristics.
