Description
South Lake Public Schools is soliciting a complete bid for furniture for its administration building. The scope includes tables, chairs, lounge seating, desks, lateral files, storage cabinets, shelving, conference furniture, and related accessories shown on the composite plan and product list. Bidders must price every item within each furniture group; partial bids will not be considered. The contractor must furnish, deliver, warehouse, assemble, and install the furniture; remove packaging and delivery materials; clean and adjust installed items; inspect for defects; document delivered and installed equipment; and replace damaged items. The bid must include freight, installation, assembly, multiple deliveries if necessary, and required product information. Alternate manufacturers may be proposed only with detailed specifications and photographs for each item. Physical product samples, finish selections, maintenance instructions, and a manufacturer’s standard warranty are also required as specified. The proposal package must include three copies of the Proposal Pricing Form and the Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit.
