Description
The Department of Justice Canada is soliciting offers from holders of Workspaces Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003/D for office furniture in four categories: work surface products, filing and storage products, ancillary products, and collaborative products. The requirement includes fixed-height and electric height-adjustable work surfaces, filing cabinets, credenzas, bookcases, storage towers and cabinets, monitor arms, power modules, task lights, seating, tables, and mobile monitor display units. Bidders must provide manufacturer and series information, model numbers, pricing, discounts, available finishes, and technical specifications where requested. The awarded contractor must supply, deliver, unload, and install the furniture, including site cleanup, inspection, minor adjustments, deficiency correction, and a walkthrough with the project authority. Delivery and installation are required by March 31, 2027. A SECRET facility security clearance and SECRET personnel security screening are required before and during contract performance for applicable personnel. The contract period runs from award through March 31, 2027, and selection will be based on the lowest evaluated price by category.
