Description
The United States Navy, through NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for boiler maintenance and repair services at the Naval Submarine Base New London. The contractor must provide all labor, management, supervision, materials, tools, facilities, transportation, and equipment required by the Performance Work Statement. Work includes preventative and routine maintenance and repairs to boilers and related equipment. The contract includes a one-year base period plus four consecutive 12-month option periods. The solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS 238220, and proposals will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable procedures based on price, corporate experience, and past performance. Amendment 004 extends the proposal deadline to September 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time; offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment.
