Description
Defense Logistics Agency Energy is seeking proposals for government-owned, contractor-operated fuel services at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The scope includes bulk petroleum storage, receipt, transfer, issuance, inventory accountability, quality control, retail service station support, aircraft and ground fuel services, and operation and maintenance of automated self-service fuel facilities providing continuous ground-fuel support. The contractor must maintain associated facilities, systems, vehicles, and equipment; provide general-purpose and special-purpose vehicles; support base operations, airshows, deployments, exercises, contingencies, and other special events; and comply with environmental, safety, security, training, and personnel-qualification requirements. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price, with a four-year base period, a five-year option period, and up to six additional option months. The procurement is a 100% 8(a) small-business set-aside under NAICS 493190. Amendment 0003 includes an updated collective bargaining agreement and wage determination applicable to the Vandenberg fuel service contract.
