Description
The Louisiana Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for one commercial off-the-shelf electrical high-density mobile storage system, matching or functionally equivalent to the specified system. The system must include grouted tracks, ADA-compliant ramps, adjustable four-post shelving with mixed shelf depths, panels and stops, reference shelving, and a durable powder-coat finish. Required capacity is 10,368 filing inches, with an empty system weight of 6,038 pounds, media weight of 23,052 pounds, and fully loaded weight of 29,090 pounds. The contractor must furnish and deliver all components; install the tracks, decking, carriages, shelving, and electrical system; test and commission the system; train end users; and clean up the jobsite. Requirements include UL and cUL listing, CE marking, photosweeps, emergency-stop functionality, motor-current monitoring, anti-tip devices, ADA-compliant ramp accommodation, seismic and life-safety compliance, and Buy American/Trade Agreements Act compliance. Quotes must address the technical specifications, safety and code compliance, and delivery timeline, including manufacturing lead times and site-staging logistics.
