Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting firm-fixed-price warehousing support for its Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point at Natick. The contractor must provide two appropriately trained personnel: a supervisor/lead administrative clerk and an administrative clerk, both serving as material-handling-equipment operators. Required work includes receiving, unloading, inspecting, documenting, staging, shipping, redirecting mis-shipments, operating the Automated Manifest System, distributing and backhauling supplies, and maintaining visibility of ISO containers through the Army Container Asset Management System. The work is performed Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1530 and includes operation of material-handling equipment, cargo movement, warehouse and yard management, customer coordination, transaction processing, and compliance with applicable Army logistics and safety requirements. The proposal must include technical, past-performance, and price sections; completed pricing for all CLINs; and required recurring or event-driven reports, including safety and health, emergency response, accident, throughput, employee-information, and government-furnished-property reports.
