Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting proposals for delinquent tax collection services, primarily for the Tax Office. The City will order services from the selected offeror, with Tax Office personnel authorized to place orders and other City departments permitted to use the contract only with express written authorization from the Tax Office and within reasonable limits relative to the total awarded contract. The solicitation includes a price worksheet requiring annual pricing for software, hosting, support, and maintenance. Paper bidders must complete and submit the Amendment Acknowledgement form, while the price worksheet and mandatory forms must be uploaded to the electronic bidding system. Mandatory forms include certifications regarding boycotting energy companies, discrimination against firearm and ammunition industries, terrorist organizations and boycotting Israel, a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Form 1295, an Indebtedness Affidavit, a Non-Collusion and Business Disclosure Affidavit, subcontractor and supplier identification, and Form W-9.
