El Paso County, Texas is requesting proposals for congregate and home-delivered meals for the City-County Nutrition Program. The program provides nutritious noontime meals to seniors aged 60 and over and adults with disabilities at congregate centers and through home delivery. The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and delivering meals that meet nutritional standards set by the Older Americans Act and Dietary Guidelines, ensuring food safety, and complying with all applicable regulations. Services include serving meals at up to 20 congregate centers, delivering meals to homebound participants, and providing shelf-stable meals as needed. The contract will have an initial term of two years with three two-year renewal options, for a maximum term of eight years. Proposals are due by October 1, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via the Ion Wave e-Bid platform or delivered to the County Purchasing Department.
