Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting bids for inspection, parts, and service for its fire protection systems. The provided equipment schedules identify approximately 50 fire sprinkler systems, six clean-agent systems, 38 fire alarm panels, and 25 fire hydrants, as well as fire-line backflow preventers and bypasses at numerous City facilities. The work includes regular and emergency, after-hours, holiday, and weekend hourly services, with bidders required to provide unit pricing for regular and emergency service and applicable parts or materials. The bid package includes a bid form, mandatory forms, Form W-9, Form 1295, facility and equipment location lists, and an amendment acknowledgement for paper bids. The contract may include two additional one-year extensions at the same unit prices if exercised by the City.
