Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms to provide professional medical director services for public health during the 2027 contract term. Respondents must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the scope of work, provide key personnel credentials and qualifications, identify the servicing office, explain their understanding and technical approach, and submit compensation and fee information. The proposal must include at least three references for similar projects or contracts, including at least two municipalities, with contact information. Evaluation will consider qualifications, experience, professional certifications, technical competence, past performance, management capability, availability for required public and special meetings, and cost. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, and the Township may award contracts to multiple professionals for the position.
