Description
Ontario County is soliciting bids for concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk work on various county highways. The scope includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for new installation and removal and replacement of concrete curbs, gutters, gutter aprons, and sidewalks, including all-inclusive options with excavation, disposal, subgrade preparation, restoration of roads, driveways, and lawns, traffic control, mobilization, and related materials. Work must conform to applicable New York State Department of Transportation specifications. Sidewalk work includes four- and six-inch concrete sidewalks, accelerated-cure concrete, reinforcement, and surface-applied, embedded, or cast-iron embedded detectable warning units. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with up to two additional 12-month renewal periods. This is a prevailing-wage Article 8 public works project, and the bid package requires specified bid forms, certifications, insurance documentation, and related supporting materials.
