Description
Healthcare Materials Management Services is conducting the first stage of a two-stage competitive process to pre-qualify construction general contractors with demonstrated experience in emergency response, maintenance, repair, bid-build tendered projects, and construction management. Up to six additional qualified proponents may be added to a Vendor of Record list, resulting in a maximum list size of 25 suppliers. Pre-qualification does not guarantee any future work or minimum volume. Only pre-qualified suppliers will receive notices for subsequent procurements covered by the Vendor of Record list. The qualification period is stated as three years plus two option years, with an estimated total contract duration of 47 months.
