The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay is soliciting proposals for the planning phase of the Pacific Coast Intermodal Port's Coos Bay Rail Line upgrade component. The scope is expected to include surveying, geotechnical work, civil engineering, rail design, structural engineering, environmental studies, community engagement, and permitting.
