Description
The Village of Glen Carbon is seeking to establish a pool of qualified engineering firms for a variety of municipal projects, including transportation, parks and recreation, drainage, and residential or commercial development. The selected firms may provide a full range of civil and municipal engineering services, including project meetings, field investigations, analysis and recommendations, remediation planning, construction cost estimates, capital improvement planning, resident and policymaker interviews, grant and loan documentation, GIS database support, and attendance at Village Board or committee meetings. Respondents must submit company information, key personnel availability and experience, a statement of qualifications, at least three projects completed within the last five years, at least three references, and at least three examples of work. Eight copies must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Questions must be submitted in writing or by email; verbal questions are not accepted.
