Description
The Sanctuary at Wellness Community Development District is requesting qualifications from licensed engineering firms or individuals to serve as District Engineer on a continuing basis. The selected engineer will provide general district engineering services for the District’s public improvements, including engineering support for District meetings, construction services, and other engineering tasks as required. Applicants must be authorized to do business in Florida and submit a qualification statement using U.S. General Services Administration Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form 330, with supporting information regarding professional personnel, minority business enterprise certification, ability to meet time and budget requirements, relevant past experience and performance, office locations, workload, prior work awarded by the District, and the individual who will handle the District’s engineering responsibilities. The District will evaluate and rank applicants under Florida’s Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act and negotiate with the highest-ranked firm.
