Description
The Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is soliciting qualification statements from engineering firms or organizations capable of providing general on-call engineering services. The scope includes site, land-use, and environmental planning; facility, infrastructure, and project design, construction, and operations support; building systems investigations and evaluations; mechanical-system plans, specifications, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and project manuals; as-built plans; constructability, process, feasibility, and comparative-cost reviews; permit reviews; and preparation of regulatory applications and correspondence. Additional services include assistance with bidding, preparation or review of reports, permits, applications, and bid documents, attendance at regular, special, emergency, and bid-related meetings, correspondence support, and coordination with Joint Meeting personnel and governmental agencies. Respondents must submit a qualification statement addressing administrative, professional, financial, and organizational capabilities, relevant experience and references, key personnel, licensing, subcontracting, and required certifications and disclosures. The response must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal by the stated deadline.
