Description
The City of Rouyn-Noranda is soliciting professional mechanical and electrical engineering services for the detailed design and reconstruction of the Evain Community Centre. The scope includes preparation of plans and specifications, as well as technical support at the construction site and in the office during construction to help ensure the quality of the completed work. The contract is estimated to have a 36-month duration. Proposals must include qualitative evaluation information and a price schedule in two separately sealed envelopes, with the required markings. The solicitation documents are available through the Service electronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO), and the submission must physically arrive at the City's acquisitions office by the stated deadline.
