Description
The City of Rouyn-Noranda seeks professional structural and civil engineering services for detailed design and reconstruction of the Evain Community Centre. The scope also includes technical support at the construction site and in the office during construction to help ensure the quality of the completed work. The estimated contract period is 36 months. Proposals must include qualitative evaluation information and a price schedule in two separately sealed envelopes, with the required markings. The solicitation documents are available through the Service electronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO), and submissions must physically arrive at the City's acquisitions office by the stated deadline.
