Submission Instructions
Description
Stafford Township is soliciting professional engineering services for calendar year 2027, with the contract period explicitly stated as January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The Township may award by item or category and may select more than one vendor. Proposals must identify the positions and individuals proposed, professional experience, ability to perform assignments promptly, professional licenses, educational background and experience, available support staff, potential conflicts of interest, affirmative-action information, and detailed hourly rates for all potentially assigned staff and extra services. Proposers must also compare their rates with those charged to other municipalities for similar work. The submission package includes the completed online bid table and required proposal forms and supporting materials, including the declaration signature page, exceptions statement, consent to extension, stockholder ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, addenda acknowledgment, references, Iran and Russia/Belarus certifications, W-9, and required insurance documentation. The solicitation requests three references from local governments or companies. Insurance documentation must show professional liability and other coverage in place as of January 1, 2027; the provided insurance request specifies $1,000,000 liability limits and requires Stafford Township to be listed as certificate holder.
