Description
Sante Quebec Monteregie-Centre, acting through CISSS de la Monteregie-Centre, is seeking one or two firms to provide professional structural and building civil engineering services for construction work. The opportunity covers projects financed and carried out during 2026–2029, with the number of assigned projects varying according to the buyer’s needs. Award will be based on the highest final score. The contract has a one-year base term with two optional 12-month extensions. No bid security is required. Eligible proponents must maintain a permanent, clearly identified establishment in Quebec or another territory covered by the applicable trade agreements. Submissions must be obtained through SEAO and may be submitted electronically through that system.
