Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms to provide professional special-project engineering services during the January 1 through December 31, 2027 contract term. The scope requires the respondent to demonstrate professional, administrative, and financial capability; provide a qualification statement, key personnel credentials, servicing-office information, technical competence, relevant experience, and proposed compensation and fee schedules. The Township may award contracts to multiple professionals for this position through a fair and open process. Proposals must include the required proposal page, response to the RFP, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general-liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey business-registration certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. References must include at least three similar clients or contracts, including at least two municipalities, with contact information. Professional liability insurance documentation is required at contract execution, rather than at proposal submission.
