Description
Columbia County is seeking a contractor to perform concrete work at Wyona County Park for a nine-hole frisbee golf course and three new charcoal park grills. The scope includes installing nine concrete disc golf tee boxes, anchoring nine disc golf baskets/posts with concrete, and anchoring three grill posts with concrete. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, permits, and related costs, and must verify quantities and site measurements. This is a unit-price bid requiring the County Bid Form, a 5% bid bond, similar-project experience with contact references, and a work-completion timeline. The work must be completed by June 30, 2027. The contractor must comply with applicable safety, environmental, employment, and public-works requirements, and must provide required insurance documentation before contract issuance.
