Description
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking one metal-ceramic multi-material 3D printer using vat photopolymerization-based additive manufacturing with photocurable ceramic and metal feedstocks. Mandatory specifications include integrated multi-material deposition, a build height of at least 150 mm, specified optical and layer resolutions, open parameter control, CAD slicing support, and compatibility with ceramic, metal, and conductive slurries. The system must support specified electrical, pneumatic, environmental, and facility requirements. The purchase must include FOB-destination delivery and installation, utility connection verification, system commissioning, operating and maintenance manuals, comprehensive on-site commissioning and training for at least four to five working days, and warranty/service information. Bidders must provide technical specifications, delivery lead time, NRTL certifications, service and maintenance details, country of origin and shipping information, and pricing for consumables and optional service plans, upgrades, accessories, and extended warranties. The solicitation requires the bidder to be the original manufacturer or an authorized distributor/dealer with service and repair capabilities and at least five years of experience manufacturing and servicing ceramic/metal additive manufacturing systems.
