Description
Dane County Highway Department is seeking a qualified consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive ArcGIS-based asset management system for county highway infrastructure. The scope covers culverts, signs, traffic counts, bridges, small and sign structures, retaining walls, storm sewers, driveways, guardrails and barriers, pavement, sidewalks and paths, and traffic signals. The selected consultant will design geospatial data tables and schemas; migrate information from Cartegraph, Google Maps, WisDOT HSI, Access databases, Mylar sheets, and other sources; create dashboards, workflows, and offline field-collection functionality; develop HSI-to-ArcGIS data exchange processes; and perform one-time field inventories for specified assets, including locations, photographs, inspections, and pavement-condition data. Proposals must include firm experience, project team and resumes, project approach, data-collection methodology, schedule, and pricing. The RFP response and cost proposal must be submitted through the county's eProcurement portal in PDF format, with the RFP number and business name in the file name.
