Description

The Universities of Wisconsin Office of Business & Entrepreneurship seeks a qualified firm to stabilize, optimize, document, and support its existing Zoho One environment serving approximately 100 users across multiple business units. The work includes business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, governance and data-management improvements, Zoho CRM and related application configuration, dashboards and analytics, workflows and Blueprints, integrations and APIs, security and access controls, data-quality improvements, documentation, knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing technical and operational support. The selected vendor must prioritize native Zoho functionality before custom development, provide maintainable and transferable solutions, make source code and integrations accessible to the University, and support remediation of undocumented customizations, failing automations, technical debt, reporting challenges, and operational risks. Proposals must address technical expertise, business analysis, governance and security, relevant experience and past performance, staffing, support delivery, documentation, innovation, organizational capacity, and pricing. The maximum project budget is approximately $250,000. The initial contract is one year from execution, with four additional one-year renewal options, and the engagement is expected to continue at least through June 2028. Services must be performed in the United States, subject to stated exceptions.
