Description
The University of Wisconsin–Madison is soliciting bids from vendors with at least five years of experience providing event rental items and services. The scope includes tents, tent accessories, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, tablecloths, draping, heaters, staging, fencing, and related items, along with delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup. Vendors must support deliveries and pickups seven days per week, provide items in clean and undamaged condition, offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery, and provide emergency equipment service when needed. Bidders must complete the itemized bid list for specified rental items and hourly table take-down labor, and may offer a discount on non-listed related items from an identified manufacturer catalog or price list. The procurement is an add-on to an existing event-rental solicitation; vendors already awarded under the referenced prior solicitation do not need to submit a new bid. The contract term runs from award through August 1, 2028, with awards potentially made to multiple vendors by individual line item.
