Description
The City of Aurora is seeking a vendor to provide, deliver, install, and remove commercial-grade, weather-resistant tents and rectangular tables for its October 30, 2026, Halloween event. The requirement is for either 14 10-by-10-foot tents or up to seven 10-by-20-foot tents, with a mix-and-match configuration permitted if the tents can connect. Each tent must be secured with heavy-duty concrete weights and cannot be staked into the ground. Fourteen tables measuring at least six feet in length are also required. The quote must include delivery, setup, concrete weights, and takedown. Setup may occur October 29 or October 30 between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; takedown is scheduled for October 30 between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The solicitation also requires specified general liability, auto liability, workers’ compensation, and umbrella insurance, with certificates due before work begins or within 10 days after contract execution, whichever comes first. A completed City terms-and-conditions acknowledgment and required bidder certifications must be submitted with the quote.
