The U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for 9,500–9,900 ABOA square feet of fully serviced office space in Madison, Wisconsin. The space must be on the second floor or above, located in a prime commercial office district and professional office setting, and include 20 reserved structured parking spaces. Subleases are not acceptable, and the building may not contain living quarters or be near specified incompatible uses. The offered space must meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and floodplain requirements. The Government requires 24/7 access, with normal operating hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The full lease term is 15 years, including a 10-year firm term with no option term. Expressions of interest must provide property, space, availability, rental-rate, operating-cost, and representative information; submissions by representatives other than the owner or manager require written ownership authorization.
