Description
The City of Menifee is seeking qualified firms to provide as-needed event and party equipment rentals for programs and special events at City parks and facilities. Potential items include inflatables and attractions, rock-climbing walls, generators, event tents and canopies, tables, chairs, booth setups, tablecloths and linens, fencing, umbrellas, weights, concession and food-service equipment, stages and accessories, heating and cooling equipment, and related supplies. Services include delivery, pickup, cleaning, stocking, and associated labor; vendors must generally provide at least 48 hours' delivery notice and include delivery and pickup fees in pricing. Certain tent sizes may require engineer-stamped plans. The City will establish a master agreement for on-call services and issue purchase orders as needs arise, with no guaranteed work. Vendors may submit pricing for any combination of rental categories. The initial term is one year, with four optional one-year renewal terms. Proposals must include experience and qualifications, at least three similar current-client references, a cost proposal, insurance acknowledgment, non-collusion certification, previous contract performance and litigation statement, and acknowledgment of Senate Bill 1383 requirements. The proposal may not exceed 25 pages, excluding specified introductory materials and required forms.
