Description
The University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking bids to establish a multiple-award contract for radioimmunoassay kits and radiochemicals used in scientific research, laboratory testing, and educational programs. The solicitation covers specified products from multiple manufacturers, including RIA kits, radioactive compounds, radionuclide sources, radiolabeled chemicals, and related laboratory materials, as well as non-listed related items offered at a discount from the manufacturer's published price list. Bidders may respond for products they are authorized to supply as an original manufacturer, authorized distributor, or authorized dealer. Responses must include itemized net pricing, applicable manufacturer catalog or price-list information, technical details, delivery timing, applicable licenses for radioactive materials, and current copies of required licenses. Products must be delivered in compliance with applicable radioactive-material regulations and the University's delivery requirements. The resulting contract will support as-needed ordering, with no guaranteed quantity or dollar amount, and may include multiple vendors and two additional one-year renewal terms.
