Description
The State of Rhode Island, through the Division of Purchases, is issuing an Open Enrollment Vendor Assessment for MPA 639 Tent Rentals and Associated Equipment. This solicitation seeks to establish a qualified vendor list for the rental of tents and related equipment for various state agency functions. Vendors must be able to provide tent rentals at a minimum, and may also offer items such as tent lighting, poles, sidewalls, flooring, tables, chairs, and setup/breakdown services. Requirements include compliance with fire safety codes, provision of insurance, emergency response capability, and proper installation including wind load capacity of 60 mph. Vendors must have at least two years of experience and provide three references. Evaluation is pass/fail based on experience, references, and services provided.
