Description
The Saint Louis Zoo seeks one non-exclusive Vendor of Record to provide construction, grounds, maintenance, aerial-access, material-handling, and related equipment rentals on an as-needed basis. Anticipated equipment includes boom lifts, scissor lifts, excavators, telehandlers, and comparable equipment. Rentals will generally be provided without operators and must include timely delivery, pickup, routine maintenance, repair, and replacement when needed. The contract requires safe, clean, properly maintained equipment, disclosed rental rates and additional charges, emergency and after-hours response capabilities, and support for authorized Zoo purchase orders. Proposals must address fleet and service capabilities, operational responsiveness, relevant experience and past performance, account management, and cost, using the provided Vendor of Record Pricing Form. The agreement is non-exclusive, guarantees no minimum rental activity or expenditure, and has an initial two-year term with a possible two-year renewal.
