Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking to lease a 2,500- to 3,500-rentable-square-foot unit in Cleveland, Ohio, with a minimum of 3,000 square feet preferred, for a recruiting office serving 10 personnel. A retail shopping strip location is preferred. The space must include or accommodate storage and a kitchenette, have a rear exit leading outdoors, and provide parking for two government vehicles. The landlord must be able to provide exclusive rights to the property; subleases are not permitted. The landlord must register in the federal payment system and have a unique entity identifier. Expressions of interest must include ownership or contracting authority documentation, the building name and address, management contact information, rental-rate and tenant-improvement details, occupancy availability, parking information, and existing energy-efficiency or renewable-energy features. The space must be available no later than October 1, 2026.
