Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to make a sole-source award to CDS Services Inc., a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, for bed bug pest management services. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, management, transportation, supplies, materials, and equipment required for inspections, treatments, follow-up inspections, and related Integrated Pest Management services on an as-needed basis. Services may be required during regular business hours, after hours, and weekends at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and associated VA facilities. The notice is informational only and is not a competitive RFQ, RFP, or request for quotations, proposals, or capability statements. The anticipated period of performance is October 3, 2026, through October 2, 2027, and the anticipated value is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
