Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an UltraSAFE automatic formalin dispensing system for the Cleveland VA Medical Center's Surgical Department. The contractor must provide the UltraSAFE unit and all accessories included in the quoted system. The system is expected to provide zero formalin exposure, fill 0.5 mL containers, and print labels containing employee and sample information. This is a one-time purchase. Delivery and incoming inspection will be coordinated with the facility after award, and the equipment must meet the stated specifications and be suitable for use by the Surgical Service. The solicitation is restricted to small businesses and does not require contractor access to sensitive VA information.
