Description
The City of Cleveland, through its Department of Human Resources, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for comprehensive third-party Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration services. The selected vendor will manage all aspects of the FMLA process for approximately 8,000 city employees, including eligibility determinations, employee notifications, medical certification review, leave designation, intermittent leave tracking, records management, compliance monitoring, reporting, and employee and supervisor support. The vendor must provide a secure web-based platform for leave administration, employee self-service, and real-time case status visibility. Services also include implementation planning, training for HR personnel, and ongoing account management. The contract is expected to have a base period with options, though specific durations are not stated.
