Description
The Department of the Navy, through the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement order under BOA N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation, Inc. for PACS shipboard materials. The notice identifies Rockwell as the only responsible source and states that the proposed order is for supplies under the sole-source authority of FAR 6.302. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit written information describing their interest and capability by email; the Government may use responses to determine whether to compete the requirement in the future. The notice states that the intended award is planned for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027.
