Description
The U.S. Navy's Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is soliciting calibration services for one Emerson/Rosemount 3051SFC1AS020N000T73JA1A3Q4 Compact Annubar multivariable flow meter. The contractor must be a certified or accredited Commercial Calibration Activity or original equipment manufacturer, with a current scope of accreditation covering the required measurement parameters, ranges, and accuracies. Acceptable standards include ANSI/NCSL Z540.1, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, ISO 17025, or NAVSEA 04-4734B accreditation through a recognized accreditation body. The scope includes calibration, associated repairs when authorized, return of the equipment within 14 business days after receipt at the contractor's facility, a calibration certificate/Calibration and Measurements Requirements Summary report, and a Condition Found Report when repairs are identified. Over-and-above repairs require prior contracting officer approval and are capped at $5,000. Quotes must include completed pricing and information pages, technical documentation demonstrating compliance, applicable procedures and technical information, published commercial labor rates when applicable, and pricing for all line items. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, and the procurement is a total small-business set-aside.
