Description
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Program Quality and Integrity, is seeking one or more qualified External Quality Review Organizations (EQROs) to provide external quality reviews of healthcare services delivered to New Hampshire Medicaid beneficiaries by managed care and dental organizations. Vendors must provide services for both Part A and Part B, including project management, data and security controls, and reporting. The scope includes evaluation of contractual compliance, validation of performance measures, performance improvement projects, encounter data, provider network adequacy, secret shopper and provider satisfaction surveys, focus studies, member focus groups or interviews, virtual conferences and trainings, and detailed managed care and dental organization EQR technical reports. Responses must address the mandatory questions and include the required appendices, staffing information, resumes, technical response, IT requirements workbook, and separate cost proposal for both parts.
