Description
Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to VRC Metal Systems LLC for maintenance and calibration of proprietary VRC Machine Cold Spray systems. The requirement includes three option years and is based on the agency's determination that VRC is the only provider capable of satisfying the systems' specific maintenance and calibration requirements. Although quotations are not being requested and no written solicitation will be issued, other responsible sources may submit information demonstrating their interest and capability for consideration by the agency.
