Description
This sources-sought notice is conducting market research for a planned five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract covering periodic deliveries of bulk industrial gases to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The identified requirements include 95.5%-pure bulk oxygen and bulk nitrogen, delivered as needed to tanks at Building 92. The nitrogen requirement specifies approximately 200 to 350 gallons per delivery, with annual usage ranging from 1,000 to 4,950 gallons; oxygen delivery quantities are not specified in the provided materials.
