Description
The United States Navy is seeking 25 O-rings, NSN 1H-5331-017230380-D7, TDP Version 002, for delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The O-rings are for a Seal Delivery Vehicle application and are designated as Special Emphasis material, Level I. They must be manufactured in accordance with SAE AS3581, part number AS3581-232, satisfy the toxicity and flammability requirements of NAVSEA S9086-AD-SOC-030, and be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Requirements also include configuration control, engineering change proposals, waiver and deviation procedures, quality assurance, and preservation, packaging, packing, and marking in accordance with MIL-STD 2073. Final delivery is required within 210 days, and the resulting award will not contain Government Source Inspection.
